All of our products are handcrafted in small batches. Please allow:

• 1–3 working days to process and pack your order
   
• Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day
   

During busy periods (e.g. holidays or special sales), processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll always aim to dispatch as quickly as possible.

We ship all orders via trusted UK carriers such as Royal Mail or Evri.

UK Standard Delivery:

• Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days after dispatch
   
• Flat rate: £3.75 for packages under 2kgs.
   

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

• Please wait at least 7 working days before contacting us for UK deliveries
   
• Check your local delivery office or safe place first
   
• Email us at info@soapyscentsations.co.uk with your order number for assistance
   

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by postal strikes, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
